Static Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Status

Membership benefits are only available while the membership is active and fully paid.
If a membership payment is overdue, unpaid, cancelled, or otherwise not current, all membership benefits are immediately suspended.
Reoccurring or included visits will only be scheduled while membership payments are current.

2. Minimum Term

Memberships are subject to a minimum term of twelve (12) months from the commencement date.

3. Fees & Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, including where benefits are not used, except where required by law or as outlined in Clause 12.

4. Ongoing Payments & Cancellation

Memberships are charged as an ongoing monthly payment.
After the initial 12-month minimum term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to accounts@staticservices.com.au.
Membership benefits remain active only until the cancellation is processed and payments are current.

5. Early Cancellation

If a membership is cancelled prior to completion of the minimum 12-month term:

• The remaining balance of the minimum term becomes immediately payable in full, and
• All membership benefits cease from the cancellation date.

6. Reoccurring Visits & Scheduling

Reoccurring or included visits form part of the membership benefits and are subject to scheduling availability.
Reoccurring visits may not all align to occur at the same time.
The first scheduled reoccurring visit may occur at any time between twelve (12) and eighteen (18) months from the membership start date.

7. Annual Visit Reminders

Where applicable, annual visit reminders will be issued via email and phone call.
A maximum of two (2) follow-up contact attempts will be made.
If contact cannot be established after these attempts, the visit for that period is forfeited and does not accumulate or carry forward.

8. Workmanship Warranty

Any workmanship warranty provided under the membership is based on industry standards applicable at the time of installation.
Changes to standards, regulations, or codes after installation do not apply retrospectively.

9. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Workmanship warranties do not replace or extend manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer warranties on parts, equipment, or materials are provided and administered solely by the manufacturer.

10. Extended Manufacturer Warranties – Air Conditioning & Inverters

Any extended warranty relating to air conditioning units or inverters applies only where the air conditioning unit and/or inverter has been both supplied and installed by Static.
No extended warranty applies to customer-supplied equipment or third-party installations.

11. Extended Warranty Exclusions

Extended warranties do not cover faults or damage caused by:

• Vermin or pests
• Weather or environmental conditions
• Power surges or electrical supply issues
• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
• Third-party works or external factors beyond Static’s control

12. Suspension, Cancellation & Refund Rights

Static reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where payments are overdue, dishonoured, or unpaid.
Static also reserves the right to cancel a membership at its discretion and may, where applicable, issue a refund for the unused portion of paid membership fees.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Static reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms & Conditions will apply from the date they are published.
