Ty from Static Electrics completed a range of household electrical jobs for us on 7-May-2024 including supplying and installing two outdoor sensor lights and a heater-light in the bathroom, and repairing the lightning thingo by the power board. Ty arrived right on time. He already had everything he needed and was ready to start work immediately. He went about his business quietly, without fuss, and without disturbing the entire household. He was careful around the house, very tidy and super efficient, with good communication around turning off the power and explaining what he had done when he had finished. Ty is a skilful, well organised, speedy tradesperson. We are impressed with his work. Our experience with Ty, and more broadly with Static Electrics, was excellent. Dom was a good communicator from the initial phone call and throughout the job, politely answering my questions and providing further explanation if he thought it helpful. The replacement of pendant lights was done efficiently and without fuss. All debris and old fittings were removed off site. My cocker spaniels enjoyed his company and "Jimmy" got a pat!All up - good job!

We had Shawn come to check our smoke alarms . He went to the trouble of cleaning the inside of two as bugs get in and you would never know. He had to replace two smoke alarms. We found him to be extremely polite, professional and courteous. He explained as he went along. We would really like him again next time.

Called up to request a replacement for a single broken light switch. Was told that they'd send an electrician over to get a quote, and that there'd be a $99 travel fee if I didn't accept the quote. Fair enough, I understood that and agreed to those terms. Sparkie arrives and I tell him the same information I gave the woman on the phone. He tells me that all quotes are $300 minimum.This was not told to me on the phone, or mentioned anywhere on the website. Basically my choices were pay the exorbitant fee of $300 to get one light switch replaced, or pay $99 for no completed work. Borderline scam.

Bailey from Statics Electrics was fabulous looking into replacement of our solar system. He took the time to investigate if the existing system could be repaired (which it couldn’t) and options to replace including keeping our high feed-in tariff balanced against putting a bigger system in with a lower feed-in tariff. He even did a small electrical fix whilst here. The team who answered my initial call were excellent. I highly recommend Statics Electrics.

Hi everyoneI would like to share an amazing story with you about my family’s experience with this company.I ordered an aircon to be installed for my sister who is bedridden as the aged one we had stopped working. When Jack the technician arrived to do the installation he tested our old one and replaced the batteries in the remote. And away it went. 🙄 Jack gave us the option of going with the new or hang onto the old one. His opinion was that we leave it. Which we did.We offered to pay for his travel and time but he said he didn’t think the company would charge. And they never did.Unfortunately the old girl really chucked it in last week and so of course I rang Static Electrics. A week later Jamie another technician arrived and installed the system.I unfortunately only got to speak to Jamie My sister Marilyn was so impressed with him. Such a delightful young man.I will paste the messages I received from my sisters two carers Robyn and Lea.Jamie was a really nice bloke...very chirpy and polite to us all....l thanked him for being so great when l left....xxxYes his name was Jamie & he was so lovely. Mark was super friendly and professional. He took the time to go through my home and point out some upgrades I will require to smoke alarms, etc. He gave me some alternative options for getting my air-conditioning units serviced and my solar system inspected.
