Great friendly informative technician.Your pricing for inspection is double that of 5 other local businesses and your mid range 6KW system is about $3000 more supply and install.Lead times comparative and warranties on panels, invertor and workmanship are same periods.So it would be good to understand the significant price difference.

Very happy that Alex from Static Electrics came to assess my non functioning solar system. He diagnosed and effected repairs promptly. Pleased because several other firms refused to even attend the site but Alex was prepared to risk a long drive to offer service. Service was good, but pricing way over the top for a small job. On checking with other contractors was way overcharged and suggested to report this company on pricing. Would highly recommend before signing contract to get other prices or quotes . I did speak to the manager, but as he said I had signed the contract .

Disappointed before they even started. I have spent almost 30 years being a construction manager in the construction industry and have never come across a company that can’t provide a simple quote to replace an old fan with a new one (fan supplied by myself). I was willing to send pictures of the old fan and the new fan but they required their technician to come out and quote and if you didn’t accept the quote the you get charged a +/-$90 travel fee. Surely it’s not hard to have a look at old invoices in order to provide an estimate for a job?

Sean's performance of the work was exemplary. Not that he had much to do with the quotation I guess, but at $300 (less $50 discount plus GST), for less than an hour's work, is difficult to compute, particularly as I provided the hardware. There was no breakdown of his costs. If there is a minimum charge, let the client know. Bit of a markdown over this.

I rang the office one afternoon, and the receptionist was extremely helpful. I explained what I needed done and she said I'd get a call back shortly to arrange a day and time. This happened and to my surprise, they asked if the next day was suitable and we agreed on a time (I was expecting a long wait time). The next morning, technician (Jack) messaged me when he was 20 minutes away and he arrived on time. Once here, Jack was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work, and cleaned up all mess! I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Static Electrics to anyone.

Shawn with his two assistants from Statics Electrics have done a highly professional job meeting all my requests with full explanations of what they were doing. As a crew they were timely, highly efficient and always cleaned up whatever they were doing. Shawn led the whole operation and was always courteous and showed real empathy for my needs. What I particularly found important was he would tell me at the beginning of a visit what would happen that day and always at the end of a visit take me around and show me what was completed and what could be mined for future possibilities. I doing quotations he always explained to me why he was quoting for particular items and his quotations were detailed which is something I appreciate as a customer. I also appreciated that Static fitted in my three days of work and sent Shawn each time. Another thing I appreciated was that my work was not treated like one job of many ti be completed in the shortest time possible. He worked efficiently and quickly nevertheless. The installation of the heat pump water system from an electrical point of view has been highly successful. It works well.

Didn’t provide a time estimate for electrician to arrive on-site. So wasted held a day not knowing when they will arrive. Received an sms informing me electrician will be there in 11 minutes but actually took approx 30 minutes.Electrician finally arrived, looked at the job then said he wasn’t going to refit fans or lights.Waste of energy. Arrogant and not informative. Will make sure these electricians will never see the colour of my money again.Rang another local electrical company who will be arriving tomorrow. They shuffled things around and provided an estimate of time.

Very disappointed with this Company. I had asked by email for a quote to have a technician come and diagnose a problem with our solar and quote to fix. We were contacted to arrange for a technician to come. There was never mention of a charge. When the technician arrived he wanted $411 before he looked at the system. Not only is this an outrageous charge, but there was never any mention of it either in writing or verbally. Very unprofessional. We declined.
