The eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. Acceptance of a repair quote during the inspection, with the repairs carried out immediately and payment made upon completion.
2. Acceptance of a replacement system quote during the inspection with the technician.

Please note that the inspection fee cannot be waived if:

1. Repairs or replacement are accepted at a later date after the technician has departed.
2. Repairs are not completed immediately, necessitating a return visit.

Additional Disclaimer:

1. If you decide to change your mind and cancel your accepted quote, the initial inspection fee will be reinstated and will require payment.
2. Please be aware that you may also incur a restocking fee in accordance with our terms and conditions.
