Jack arrived at promised time fully equipped with all items needed to complete the job. Worked diligently for many hours and consulted with us during progress. We had an informative handover at completion which confirmed the issues that were to be covered had been done. The final product was neat, tidy and fully functional. He left a clean site. At all times Jack was polite and personable and demonstrated very good problem solving skills. Would be happy to recommend both Jack and Static Services. I have attached some before and after photos. I now know what I am looking at, that we have all the fuses in the right boxes and we comply with regulations

These guys did a fantastic job at my place to replace a ceiling fan and install some LED down lights.

I called them on a Monday, and they were able to do the job on the Tuesday afternoon, which I did not expect. Many others don't even answer, or don't bother calling you back at all. Communication was excellent.

They took away all waste, cleaned up beautifully, and went above and beyond to ensure a slight noise in the replaced ceiling fan did not go unfixed after the install (even though it was probably a manufacturer defect). They also explained a few things about my switchboard and other items that was worth knowing about.

I will say they may be a bit more expensive than some others you may find, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Friday morning I realised I needed to get our hot water system repaired as we had run out of hot water the previous nite. Just after 0700 I contacted Static (having used them previously and satisfied with service) both by phone and online. Both contacts were answered promptly and after a little clarification was able to request Static to give quote on the repairs. By 1000hr Shaun was here in Buderim to give quote and by 1230 Simon was here to start work. By 1530 they had replaced the 15 yo hot water system and by 1730 we had hot water again and comfortable showers. We are forever grateful for the prompt service we received and the professional standard of work. Thanks to Elle and Shakerah who handled the enquiries and then organisation, great work behind the scenes and essential to overall success. Thanks again to Static for great service, this time beyond our expectations.

I contacted Static because they are experienced in work on solar panel installations. One whole bank of solar panels had gone "offline", most likely due to a connection or inverter failure.

Taymah answered my call and was very helpful in gathering details of the problem, explaining the company's terms and conditions, and arranging a visit after I gave my agreement.

Although the inspection and possible remedial work is yet to happen, Taymah's friendly and efficient service was a great start!

Josh installed our new aircon and was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, very professional, and just an all-round great guy! He spent the day working in the hot sun, hauling parts up and down our stairs without a single complaint. I honestly wished I could’ve turned the aircon on for him, but of course that’s what he was installing!

When things didn’t quite go to plan, Josh explained everything clearly and calmly. For example, he talked us through why the outdoor unit needed to be moved to meet current compliance standards, and why the indoor system had to be lifted to prevent the leaking issues our old unit had been causing.

After my initial review I got a phone call the next day from Shawn, who was the Service Manager with Static Electrics. He was polite and kind over the phone. I gave him my honest feedback, regarding the smoke alarm installation price being quite expensive.

Shawn reduced the total job quote from **$1,937.10** to **$1,000** which I believe was reasonable, compared to the previous smoke alarm installation quotes that I have received.

Since Static Electrics was willing to listen to the customer and take prompt steps to give customer satisfaction their first priority, I am increasing my review rating from 2 stars to 5 stars.

I personally do not like to give negative reviews; in fact this will be my very first one. I believe I should be completely honest to my conscience. This is how it began =>

I saw the great Google reviews and called up Static Electrics, to install 6 fire alarms in my house. I also did get previous quotes from other reputable smoke alarm installers, ranging from **$600 to $900**.

The customer service was great; but the mystery was regarding the price for installation. Unlike the other providers, I never got at least a rough estimate, for the total cost involved from the customer service team. I was advised the technician after evaluation will let me know the cost, on the day of installation. I can either choose to proceed or if I decide to cancel, will have to pay a call-out fee of $88.

So the technician arrived at my place; he was extremely professional and a very nice guy to deal with. I wanted to install Red Professional smoke alarms. He discussed with his manager and advised that the total cost to install 6 smoke alarms will be **$1,937.10**. It was quite expensive and I was actually shocked. I had to get the job done and unfortunately ended up paying the money. By the end of the day it was my choice and I would not blame any one for that except myself.

I should also explicitly mention that the technician has done a great job and also the customer service team. According to my personal opinion =>the issue was in not being transparent regarding the pricing upfront. I totally understand that if it was a complex electrical job, it will be difficult to give an estimation beforehand. But in my case it was a straight forward job - and of course other providers were able to give me a clear pricing estimate, even before committing to the job.

**Summary:** If I knew in advance that the job will be this expensive, I would have certainly chosen one of the other reputable smoke alarm installers. I am quite disappointed since I felt as if I was forced to make a decision in the last moment, since the technician was already at my place.

**Moral of the Story:** Always get a quote beforehand if possible and do a thorough shopping, before committing to a call-out fee option with last minute price estimate! If you go for the latter option, the chances are very high that you will end up paying the big price! This was a lesson that I learned the hard way and I promise will never do the same mistake again!

Yesterday we had Matt and Joshua on an all day job installing a complex internal air conditioner- I wish to highly praise their friendly professionalism and excellent work ethic and highly recommend them and Static Electrics for a job well done.

We have had such an amazing experience with Static Electrics! We experienced a super tricky and complex electrical issue and the team were just amazing at diagnosing and then resolving the issue.
