Fixed Price Air Conditioning Service
Static Electrics Pty Ltd offer two fixed price maintenance services for domestic split system air conditioners. We also offer discounts when more than one system is cleaned!
Premium Maintenance
At Static Electrics, we pride ourselves on the service we provide with our premium air conditioning maintenance. This is our most requested service and enables us to provide the extra love and attention your air conditioner deserves. This comprehensive service is performed by a qualified technician and takes up to an hour and a half per system. This maintenance allows us to:
- Use a canvas cleaning bag on the indoor head unit
- Pressure wash the indoor unit
- Pressure wash the fan barrel
- Check and wash the return air filters
- Clean the grilles and covers
- Apply coil cleaner to each fan coil unit
- Apply anti-bacterial solution to the return air filters
- Inspect and flush out the condensate drains (and wet vac if required)
- Check the refrigerant pressure
- Check the electrical connections
- Apply mold reduction treatment
- Check correct operation and general condition of the system
- Test of the system once cleaned
Standard Maintenance
For split system air conditioners that are regularly cleaned, a standard maintenance may be more suitable. This service is performed by a qualified technician and takes up to 45 minutes per system. This maintenance allows us to:
- Check and wash the return air filters
- Clean the grilles and covers
- Apply coil cleaner to each fan coil unit
- Inspect and flush out the condensate drains
- Check the refrigerant pressure
- Check the electrical connections
- Check the correct operation and general condition of the units
- Test of the system once cleaned
