We had Nick and Austin come to install a battery for us. Both of them put in a massive day of work and did an excellent job of the installation. Cam then came and did an AC service and clean for us and also did a fantastic job. The admin team was very helpful and Michelle was very polite, friendly, and helpful on the phone. Every employee arrived on time, informed us beforehand of any changes, and cleaned up after finishing work. From start to finish this company has been very pleasant to work with and is absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

I rang Static Services with sudden water leakage problems at 11 am and by 3.30 pm the whole issue was fixed, as well as further issues that I mentioned during the job. Both Sarah (receptionist) and Simon (technician) provided excellent service. Sarah proactively arranged to advance my original apppontment by 2 days and Simon arrived within 10 minutes and completed the job expertly, quickly, left everyting clean, and was open and friendly throughout. I would rate the work of both people 10/10, but only because there is no 11.

I rang today with an issue in the kitchen and hot water system that might be associated with previous work. I couldn't supply dates or invoice numbers but Sarah had my details and history in a flash. She managed to arrange Nick to come out same day. he was able to track down a fault in the hot water and a plumber replaced the part. Terrific team with a focus on service - which seems rare these days.

Shane came in a timely managed and isolated the problem very quickly. We chose to have the earthing rod replaced but not the whole board as it is too expensive. He completed the work very well.

Called this morning and received a fast reply from Shakera with professional service for booking in one of their technicians to visit our home.

Moana was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

Whilst we haven't started any work just yet, I'm really impressed with how Static Electrics are run. On time, and great comms, very professional. Simon arrived at the agreed time to do my plumbing work and his service was excellent. He put together a quote for me with a few options, explained it all clearly, and did a free inspection of my kitchen and bathroom plumbing. Simon's workmanship was excellent and he was very personable and easy to deal with. When I first contacted Static I spoke to Shakira who was also very helpful. I made my booking late Wednesday afternoon and by 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Simon had completed the work. I can't recommend these people highly enough.

I contacted Static because they are experienced in work on solar panel installations. One whole bank of solar panels had gone "offline", most likely due to a connection or inverter failure.

Taymah answered my call and was very helpful in gathering details of the problem, explaining the company's terms and conditions, and arranging a visit after I gave my agreement.

Although the inspection and possible remedial work is yet to happen, Taymah's friendly and efficient service was a great start!

Well, our big electrical upgrade project has been completed!

The whole job has gone really well. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely professional and the system design was meticulous and done in close consultation all the way through. The installed equipment is the highest quality and is operating perfectly. The way things are going, it looks like we will never pay an electricity usage charge again!

Thanks to ALL of the Static team involved in installing the panels and battery system and the extensive re-wiring that was needed. Special thanks to Zane for diagnosing the faults in our old solar panels and presenting well-explained options for a system upgrade, to Connor for the switchboard upgrade and commissioning our new system, and to Machelle back at the office for keeping everything running smoothly and always being there for issues that arose during this big job.

We engaged Static after three other companies just for their availability to install the system we wanted as the others couldn’t, but in the end I’ve got a feeling we got lucky with the best installers across the coast.

Excellent service, highly recommended. From the initial Solar Check Up through to advice and installation of a new system and battery the team at Static were outstanding. The office staff were responsive and helpful and the team that did the quote, installation and follow up were amongst the best tradespeople I have dealt with for a long time. They were polite, took great pride in their work and efficient. While Static may not be the cheapest, I couldn't be happier with the service and the results.

Had my aircon replaced before Xmas. Charge was $4596.37 + GST. Today I had an identical aircon (same brand, same size) replaced in my lounge room by a different aircon company on recommendation from a family member and the cost including GST was $3650.00. Feel I have been ripped off. Won't use them again.

These guys did a fantastic job at my place to replace a ceiling fan and install some LED down lights.

I called them on a Monday, and they were able to do the job on the Tuesday afternoon, which I did not expect. Many others don't even answer, or don't bother calling you back at all. Communication was excellent.

They took away all waste, cleaned up beautifully, and went above and beyond to ensure a slight noise in the replaced ceiling fan did not go unfixed after the install (even though it was probably a manufacturer defect). They also explained a few things about my switchboard and other items that was worth knowing about.

I will say they may be a bit more expensive than some others you may find, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Josh installed our new aircon and was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, very professional, and just an all-round great guy! He spent the day working in the hot sun, hauling parts up and down our stairs without a single complaint. I honestly wished I could’ve turned the aircon on for him, but of course that’s what he was installing!

When things didn’t quite go to plan, Josh explained everything clearly and calmly. For example, he talked us through why the outdoor unit needed to be moved to meet current compliance standards, and why the indoor system had to be lifted to prevent the leaking issues our old unit had been causing.

After my initial review I got a phone call the next day from Shawn, who was the Service Manager with Static Electrics. He was polite and kind over the phone. I gave him my honest feedback, regarding the smoke alarm installation price being quite expensive.

Shawn reduced the total job quote from **$1,937.10** to **$1,000** which I believe was reasonable, compared to the previous smoke alarm installation quotes that I have received.

Since Static Electrics was willing to listen to the customer and take prompt steps to give customer satisfaction their first priority, I am increasing my review rating from 2 stars to 5 stars.

I personally do not like to give negative reviews; in fact this will be my very first one. I believe I should be completely honest to my conscience. This is how it began =>

I saw the great Google reviews and called up Static Electrics, to install 6 fire alarms in my house. I also did get previous quotes from other reputable smoke alarm installers, ranging from **$600 to $900**.

The customer service was great; but the mystery was regarding the price for installation. Unlike the other providers, I never got at least a rough estimate, for the total cost involved from the customer service team. I was advised the technician after evaluation will let me know the cost, on the day of installation. I can either choose to proceed or if I decide to cancel, will have to pay a call-out fee of $88.

So the technician arrived at my place; he was extremely professional and a very nice guy to deal with. I wanted to install Red Professional smoke alarms. He discussed with his manager and advised that the total cost to install 6 smoke alarms will be **$1,937.10**. It was quite expensive and I was actually shocked. I had to get the job done and unfortunately ended up paying the money. By the end of the day it was my choice and I would not blame any one for that except myself.

I should also explicitly mention that the technician has done a great job and also the customer service team. According to my personal opinion =>the issue was in not being transparent regarding the pricing upfront. I totally understand that if it was a complex electrical job, it will be difficult to give an estimation beforehand. But in my case it was a straight forward job - and of course other providers were able to give me a clear pricing estimate, even before committing to the job.

**Summary:** If I knew in advance that the job will be this expensive, I would have certainly chosen one of the other reputable smoke alarm installers. I am quite disappointed since I felt as if I was forced to make a decision in the last moment, since the technician was already at my place.

**Moral of the Story:** Always get a quote beforehand if possible and do a thorough shopping, before committing to a call-out fee option with last minute price estimate! If you go for the latter option, the chances are very high that you will end up paying the big price! This was a lesson that I learned the hard way and I promise will never do the same mistake again!

Yesterday we had Matt and Joshua on an all day job installing a complex internal air conditioner- I wish to highly praise their friendly professionalism and excellent work ethic and highly recommend them and Static Electrics for a job well done.

We have had such an amazing experience with Static Electrics! We experienced a super tricky and complex electrical issue and the team were just amazing at diagnosing and then resolving the issue. Lovely polite blokes who were excellent at communication and obviously passionate about what they do. Thanks so much Nick and co - we are very grateful for your excellent skills!
